Wednesday 29th November UEA Panthers Mens I vs NTU II - 71:65 WIN A fantastic win for the men’s team meaning they are the ones to beat in the BUCS league. UEA Panthers Womens I vs Nottingham II - 66:54 WIN A comfortable win for the women's team. Friday 1st December Hoopstars Mixed Adults II vs Gt Yarmouth II - 57:58 LOSS A great performance from the 2nd team who made a good come back but lost out on the win in the last minute. Saturday 2nd December U12s NBL vs North Herts Knights - 61:47 - WIN A solid win for the team which was a fanastic birthday present for Coach Angus on his 21st Birthday! Happy birthday from the Hoopstars family! U16s NBL vs Peterborough Vytis - 76:105 - LOSS A tough loss for the team, but as always there were lots of take-aways to work on ahead of the return match in the new year. UEA Panthers Women I vs Stockport Lapwings - 69:47 - WIN A good performance from the Women’s team saw them secure another comfortable NBL win. UEA Panthers Men I vs Oaklands Wolves - 97:54 - WIN A straightforward game with a good win. Sunday 3rd December HBL U9s / U11s A great final week of Term 1 HBL saw the following teams win the league: U9s - Greens U11s - Blues We also announced our league MVPs for each team as below: U9s - Rowan, George, Jeziah U11s - Dotty, Tom, Torben It has been so amazing to see the players develop over this term and we hope they all enjoyed it as much as we have. Hoopstars Mixed Adults II vs Norwich Lions II - 52:68 - LOSS A tough game but we played well and did ourselves proud. U14s NBL vs West Suffolk Wolves - 105:33 - WIN A fantastic victory for our U14s team who were respectful and sporting throughout. U18s Norfolk League vs Beccles Bombers - 66:71 - LOSS In a match that went to overtime we were unable to hold on to a win. UEA Panthers Men I vs ARU - 75:63 - WIN A win that means so much, having never beating ARU before. A great team performance showcasing the capabilities of the squad this season. Monday 4th December Hoopstars Women vs Wildcat Pumas - 76:33 - WIN Continuing the winning streak the women’s team remain unbeaten this season. Wednesday 6th December UEA Panthers Women I vs Loughborough 3s - 47:43 - WIN A must win game to be in with a chance of winning the BUCS league this year so a fantastic result. UEA Panthers Mens I vs Oxford Brooks - 56:78 - WIN A comfortable win for the men’s team who are looking stronger than ever this season.
