HOOPSTARS WEDDING - Saturday 3rd June

Some of you may be aware that we are getting married this week. We wanted to let you all know as we won’t be sending a newsletter out next week so this edition will cover 2 weeks. Also, we might be a bit slower on responses between Thursday 1st June and Monday 5th June as we will be busy with Wedding stuff!

HUB SESSIONS - W/C Monday 5th June

All of our hub sessions will be back in action from next week with a reminder that there is no Aylsham Friday session on 9th June.

There won’t be any sessions at Norwich School & Hethersett until September 2023, and Hellesdon Sessions are remaining at Sportspark for this half term.

All hub emails have been sent out so if you haven’t recieved the information please drop us an email.

We have been progressing the plans for our Awards Evening and it is looking like its going to be an amazing evening. We are getting so excited and hope you all want to join us.

This event is open for anyone who is part of Hoopstars as well as their families and is an event for all ages. There will be a sit down buffet, games, a DJ. All members will receive a certificate .

We will be giving out some awards to members who attend our community hubs, Hoopz SEND session and our Performance teams (NBL, U12 Norfolk League & Women’s team).

As we develop Norfolk Hoopstars and continue to create more opportunities for people in Norfolk to access basketball at all levels, we are continously looking for Sponsors to be part of our organisation. We have decided to cancel the U9s and U11s tournament on 11th June due to a number of factors and want to focus on getting these set up from September onwards.

The next tournament for U13s, U15s & U18s will be on Saturday 17th June - timings will be confirmed nearer the time once we have a better idea of numbers but it is likely to be as below:

9.30am - U13s / U15s

10.45am - U15s / U18s Match 1

12pm - U15s / U18s Match 2

1.15pm - U15s / U18s Match 3
