Saturday 4th November U12 NBL vs Oaklands College Wolves 57:58 - Loss A fantastic team performance from the squad who came back from being 18 points down in the 3rd quarter to almost taking the win. The team and coaches show such stamina and resiliance to not give up and shows just how far they have come. We are competing with some of the most established squads in the country now. U12 Blacks vs Gt Yarmouth - 34:83 - Loss A slow start for the team put them on the back foot and despite a much improved second half they could not claw back the win. U16 NBL vs Gt Yarmouth - 84:45 - Win A solid performance from this squad securing a convincing win. U18 Norfolk League vs Beccles Bombers - 81:66 - Win A fantastic result which shows the huge progression that has been made by this squad, who lost to the same team by 30 points in a pre-season match. The teams were equal at half time but a very strong second half meant that we finished clear winners. UEA Panthers Men 1 vs Essex Rebels - 67:76 - Loss A very solid performance from the Panthers made sure that the strong Essex team couldn’t slow down until the final buzzer, however the win remained just out of reach. Sunday 5th November HBL U15s / U18s MVPS - Ben H, Tobias U12 Red vs Bury Bulldogs - 60:40 - Loss A tough first half with the team playing a fantastic 4th quarter with glimpses of what could be achieved with the hard work and determination this squad definitely has. Hoopstars Women vs Wildcat Pumas - 69:35 - Win An enjoyable game with the team really working on their offensive plays and zone defence. U14 NBL vs Bury Bulldogs - 88:56 - Win A brilliant win with the team digging deep in the second half to show how strong their teamwork skills are. Saturday 11th November U12 NBL vs Kings Lynn - 74:51 - Loss After a strong start our U12’s were unable to keep the momentum up for the whole game. U18 Norfolk League vs Bury Bulldogs - 73:48 - Win A solid performance from the squad meaning that even when the Bulldogs came back fighting in the second half, they were able to hold on to the lead. Sunday 12th November HBL U9s / U11s / U13s MVPS U9s - Kaci, Joshua, Archie U11s - Dotty, Bradley & Alex U13s - Joseph, Jack, Poppy, Henry E, Ollie G UEA Panthers Women vs Derby Trailblazers - 50:49 - Win A very solid first half saw the Panthers get a strong lead however a difficult 3rd quarter put them behind heading into the 4th. After a nailbiting final quarter Panthers took the win by 1 point and a huge sigh of relief.
